Privacy Policy

Visual Heroes is designed to run entirely on your own device. We do not operate a server that collects, stores, or transmits your schedules, photos, or any other content you add to the app. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.

1. Information We Collect
Visual Heroes does not require an account, sign-up, or login of any kind. The app stores the following directly on your device, in local app storage:
- Visual schedule tasks — the names and icons you add for daily routine items
- Custom activity photos — images you choose to add through the “Add Photo” feature
- First/Then selections and Token Board progress — the activities, rewards, and star counts you set up
- Timer and “I Feel” preferences — settings and choices made while using those tools
None of this information is transmitted to Global Zet LLC, to any server, or to any third party. We have no access to it, and we cannot see, back up, or recover it on your behalf.
2. Camera & Photo Access
The “Add Photo” feature lets you attach a real photo to a custom activity or reward (for example, a photo of your child’s own toy or a family member). When you use this feature, the app asks your device for permission to access your camera or photo library.
The photo you choose is resized and compressed on your device, then saved to local app storage as described above. It is never uploaded anywhere. You can deny this permission and still use every other part of the app — only the “Add Photo” feature will be unavailable.
3. Data Storage & Security
All app data lives in your device’s local storage, the same mechanism a mobile browser uses to remember a website you visit. It is not synced to a cloud account, not backed up by us, and not shared between devices.

Because your data never leaves your device, its security depends on the security of your device itself (passcode, screen lock, and who has physical access to it).
4. Children’s Privacy
Visual Heroes is built for parents, caregivers, and professionals to set up and use together with children — it is not intended to be downloaded, installed, or configured by a child independently.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children online, and, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect personal information from anyone, of any age, on our servers — because the app has no servers. Any content added about or for a child (their schedule, a photo, a reward) is entered by the parent or caregiver and stored only on that person’s own device.
5. Third-Party Services
Visual Heroes contains:
- No advertising or ad networks
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No in-app purchases that transmit payment or personal data
- No data sale or sharing with any third party, because no user data is ever collected by us to begin with
The app loads its visual design using standard, static web fonts and icon libraries at install time; these do not receive any of your personal information during normal use.
6. Your Choices
Because there is no account and no server-side record, you are always in full control of your data:
- Remove a photo, task, or activity at any time from within the app
- Clear all app data through your device’s app-storage settings
- Uninstall the app to permanently remove everything it stored
There is nothing for us to delete on our end, since we never receive a copy of your data.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at this same page. Continued use of Visual Heroes after a change means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
